2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by a service provider. Each request automatically stores data in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The storage period is a maximum of 30 days.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use technically necessary storage (e.g. localStorage) to persistently record your cookie choice. This processing is based on § 25(2) TTDSG (strictly necessary). Optional cookies are only set with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the storage in your browser.
4. Contact inquiries
Inquiries via the contact form or by email are sent directly to info@cleaningbox.de. Your details are stored to process the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. YouTube videos (extended privacy)
Videos from the YouTube platform are embedded on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We exclusively use the extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In this mode, according to YouTube, no information about visitors is stored before they watch the video. When a video starts, YouTube may still transmit personal data (e.g. IP address) to Google servers. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (appealing presentation of our online offerings). 7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is generally the Thuringian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
